About the DYSR

The DYSR was created as a virtual hall of fame home for selected individuals in the Disney social media platform.  The inducted members of the DYSR are recognized for their class, character, creativity, and overall support to the Disney YouTube community. Each inductee is enshrined with a character partner, symbolizing their creativity and contribution to the Disney universe.

Inducted members from the previously enshrined classes cast votes for the new class.  It is the upmost honor when your are voted in by your peers.  In additiion, there are high honors for military service, accomplishments and leadership.

Induction ceremonies are held yearly, featuring presentation announcements and reception shows. The event is rooted in positivity and empowerment.

  • The Muppet HOF Class

    Ceremony #1

    Inducted in July 2020, the initial class announced the first 24 enshrinements, including honoring Jim Henson for his contributions to Disney's legacy.

  • The Pixar HOF Class

    Ceremony #2

    Inducted in December 2020, featuring enshrinements #25-50, including honoring Bob Iger and Steve Jobs for their contributions to Pixar's legacy.

  • The Star Wars HOF Class

    Ceremony #3

    Inducted in April 2021, featuring enshrinements #51-85, including honoring George Lucas for his contributions to Star Wars' legacy .

  • The Marvel HOF Class

    Ceremony #4

    Inducted in December 2021, featuring enshrinements #86-120, including honoring Stan Lee for his contributions to Marvel's legacy.

  • The Villains HOF Class

    Ceremony #5

    Inducted in May 2022, featuring enshrinements #121-153, including honoring Roy O. Disney for his contributions to Disney's legacy. 

  • Mickey & Friends HOF Class

    Inducted in December 2022, featuring enshrinements #154-189, including honoring John Williams for his contributions to Disney's legacy.

  • Disney Royalty HOF Class

    Ceremony #7

    Inducted in June 2023, featuring enshrinements #190-219, honoring Disney Animators for their contributions to Disney's legacy. 

  • Best Friends HOF Class

    Ceremony #8

    Inducted in December 2023, featuring enshrinements #220-252, celebrating Disney's culture and focus through the years on friendship.

  • The Park Pals HOF Class

    Ceremony #9

    Inducted in December 2024, featuring enshrinements #253-287, including honoring Disney Imagineers for their contributions to the Disney Park's legacy.
