Members from previous classes vote to determine the next class, representing the highest honor the community can bestow.

Special Distinctions

In addition to standard inductions, special high honors are awarded to recognize military service, exceptional leadership, and monumental accomplishments.

How the Annual Induction Works

The DYSR induction process takes place annually, with nominations opening in November and formal presentation ceremonies held in December.

The ceremonies feature presentation announcements and reception-style shows designed to celebrate the inductees and their impact.

The entire event is fueled by positivity, appreciation, empowerment, and collaboration.
